An oral problem-focused evaluation carried out immediately prior to required treatment, including (if required):
- Unlimited intra-oral radiograph (X-ray);
- Pulp testing;
- Crack testing;
- Prescription of medication;
- Written dental report;
- Letter of referral.
Currently, we can only take appointment up to 7 days in advance. Due to the difficulty of managing last-minute cancellations, we respectfully request 6 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 6 hours notice incur 50% of the booking fee for a short notice cancellation fee. Failure to attend your appointment will result in forfeit of your booking fee.
