If a tooth is displaced by trauma or has been knocked out of the socket you will have to call us as soon as possible. If the tooth is out of the socket, hold the tooth by the crown and rinse the root in milk or saline solution  if it’s dirty. Do NOT scrub it or remove any attached tissue fragments. If you can, gently place the tooth back in its socket or store it in a cup of milk and contact a dentist from Emergency Dental Centre immediately.
